OK - I did not hit my goal last week of 3 cardio workouts - but I did get 2 in, and 2 strength training workouts in.
This week is off to a good start. I work up at 5:20 and did a half-mile swim plus some strength exercises before I headed into work.
I weighed in at 211. That is a 3lb loss - which doesnt get me real excited because they say we fluctuate 5 lbs in any given day.
